The Mediblink ultrasonic inhaler M480 is suitable for the whole family, as it contains a mask for babies or children and a mask for adults, a mouthpiece, 20 containers for saline solution or medicine, a foldable connecting tube that can be extended up to 1 m in length and 5 spare air filters.

The proportion of sprayed particles or aerosols that are smaller than 5 microns (μm) reach the lower respiratory tract due to their size (*PORR). The smaller the size of the sprayed aerosols, the greater the effectiveness of the therapy, since a larger proportion of particles reach the lower respiratory tract, all the way to the lung alveoli. Thanks to special ultrasonic technology, the Mediblink M480 inhaler disperses aerosols as small as 3.24 μm (MMAD), so that 74.58% of the aerosols reach the lower respiratory tract. The therapy is therefore much more effective than using a conventional inhaler.

The graph shows the time of a single therapy using 5 ml of sterile saline. Thanks to special ultrasonic technology, the Mediblink ultrasonic inhaler M480 allows up to 3.5 times faster therapy time compared to conventional inhalers (the nebulization rate is 0.6 ml/min). Also, 25% more nebulized particles will reach the lower respiratory tract compared to conventional inhalers.

The Mediblink ultrasonic inhaler M480 is very quiet (the volume is <34 dB).

IMPORTANT: After the therapy is finished, when the saline or medication in the container runs out, turn off the inhaler manually! If you do not do this and wait for the inhaler to automatically turn off after 13 minutes, you may damage the container!

MAINTENANCE (STERILIZATION) OF SPARE PARTS:

The medicine container, mouthpiece and nosepiece can be sterilized by soaking them in boiling water for a few minutes, then removing them and letting them dry on their own. They can also be cleaned with an alcohol-based spray or using alcohol wipes.

The mask and the ribbed tube can be cleaned using a mixture of water (1 l) and baking soda (3 tablespoons). Then rinse the part and let it dry. Since the tube is ribbed, we recommend hanging it to dry so that the water drains well.

Warnings: Do not use the device if there is no water in the water tank of the inhaler. Do not use oily medications with a viscosity above 3 cP (centipoise - a unit for measuring viscosity), such as cortisone. Do not use essential oils (such as eucalyptus oil). Wait at least 15 minutes before using again.
