Enables 3 modes of operation (3-in-1):
1.) TENS therapy (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) is an effective method for pain relief. Electrical impulses stimulate the nerves and thus block pain signals in the brain, eliminating the sensation of pain.
2.) EMS therapy (electrical muscle stimulation) therapy, electrical impulses are sent to the affected muscle, thereby stimulating its passive exercise.
3.) The massage stimulation program provides relaxing muscle vibrations to relax tense muscles.

Cleaning: Pull the electrodes out of the device. Clean the device with a soft, slightly damp cloth. In case of stubborn dirt, you can also use a mild cleaning agent. Do not expose to moisture. Do not hold it under running water or immerse it in water or other liquids. Do not expose it to direct sunlight. Do not place it on hot surfaces. Carefully clean the surface of the electrode pads with a damp cloth (make sure the device is switched off before doing this). Do not use chemical cleaning agents or abrasives for cleaning. Make sure that no water gets into the device. If this happens, do not use the device again until it is completely dry. Do not clean the device during therapy.
Warnings: Do not use the device if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other metal or electronic devices inserted. Do not use the device near the heart. Keep away from fire and water. Keep out of reach of children.
