Calcium lactate, calcium gluconate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), natural flavor, thickeners: powdered guar gum/xanthan gum, niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), riboflavin (sodium riboflavin 5'-phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Recommended use: Shake the bottle well before use. Use the measuring cap for dosing.

Children from 3-6 years: 10 ml per day, preferably before meals.
